Kyle Alan Borowski and Jordan Lee Bieranowski were united in marriage Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at St. Margaret Mary’s Catholic Church in Omaha. Father James Weeder officiated the afternoon ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Mike and Ranee Borowski of Kearney and John and Janice Bieranowski of Omaha.

The bride, escorted to the altar by her father, wore a soft, classic, romantic, and traditional bridal dress by Sophia Tolli.

Bridesmaids were Ashley Yates, Brenna Faust, Megan Ernst, Jackie Sundell, and Nicole deWitt, all friends of the bride. Kelsey Borowski, the groom’s sister, served as junior bridesmaid. They each wore a regal red charmeuse dress and carried fall accented flowers.

Kevin Loeffler served the groom as best man. Josh and Ryan Borowski, brothers of the groom, Max Kurkowski, friend of the groom, and Joel Bieranowski, the bride’s brother, were groomsmen. Beau Wissing, Nate deWitt, and Jason Colasacco, friends of the groom, ushered the guests. The men of the wedding party wore charcoal grey tuxedos with regal red accents to match the bridesmaids.

Grandparents of the groom, Dan and Mary Borowski of Grant, acted as gift bearers for the ceremony. Ranee Borowski and Ryan Borowski recited scripture readings.

Friends and family joined the couple for dinner and dancing at a reception at Anthony’s Steakhouse.

The bride, a 2005 Omaha Burke High School graduate, went to the University of Nebraska in Omaha (UNO) and received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in December 2009. She completed her master’s degree in Health Promotion Management from Nebraska Methodist College in December 2011 and worked for Complete Nutrition in Omaha.

The groom started elementary school in Wauneta and is a Grant High School 2005 graduate. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from UNO in May 2009 and completed his master’s degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University in May 2012. He has worked as a computer engineer for Lockheed Martin in Omaha until recently transferring to Boulder, Colo.

After a honeymoon in Italy, the newlyweds are making their home in Erie, Colo., where they both enjoy outdoor sports, the Denver Nuggets, and everything Colorado has to offer. Their friends say they were born to live in Colorado.
