Hospital Foundation benefits from Bomgaars Ladies Night

A Dec. 3 Christmas shopping Ladies Night at Bomgaars in Imperial yielded a $374.91 donation to the Chase County Hospital Foundation.
That night from 5 to 8 p.m., ladies received a 20 percent discount on their purchases. A portion of the evening’s total sales was pledged back to the community, earmarked for cancer centers or hospitals that help raise awareness on women’s health issues.
The Chase County Hospital Foundation was chosen as recipient for the Imperial store’s donation.
The donation will be put in the Cancer Walk Funds for persons needing assistance for preventative or active treatment, said Deb Hrcka, the Hospital Foundation’s Assistant Executive Director.
She said those funds are provided for residents of Chase County, patients of Chase County Community Hospital/Clinics or in other special circumstances.
